spiff Sales incentive
This project was a short term sales incentive SPIFF intended to move customers through the sales lifecycle and to boost collaborative efforts and camaraderie between Account Teams and the new Customer Experience members. This SPIFF not only resulted in 1,300+ customers progressing through the sales lifecycle from Purchase to Onboard, but also drastically improved the communications and teamwork between Sales and Customer Experience. I primarily worked on the operations for the Sales side managing day-to-day tasks, validating claims, and providing support for Account Teams.
At the end of the project, I designed and conducted an analysis with the data we had gathered over the past few months to create a concise deck of learnings and suggestions for future similar projects surrounding claim quality and overall program operations. This deck was distributed to the entire Sales Operations team working on this project as well as the Customer Experience team on this project (with a modified deck tailoring the learnings to be useful to their organization).
